Actually, this week we have dual winners of the coveted "Illegal Immigrant Criminal Of The Week" award. Two illegal aliens who abducted and raped an American citizen that we Americans were too lazy to abduct and rape. From Jammie Wearing Fool:

Here we go again. The story says they're undocumented, meaning they're here illegally, of course.

In a shocking development, they've been reported to Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Not only did these animals assault this poor woman, they apparently fractured her skull.

Must be a cultural thing. [JWF has a point. Maybe they could use the "Michael Vick defense." You know, "They do it all the time where I'm from and it's no big deal, etc.--Ed.]

I'm sure they were very hard-working fellows, out at 1:40 in the morning attacking women.

3 undocumented immigrants held in rape attempt.

Three undocumented immigrant men remain jailed today in the brazen sexual assault of an unconscious woman in Fairview, an outdoor attack interrupted by law officers early Tuesday, authorities said.

Police reported the men, all undocumented residents from Guatemala, to Immigration and Customs Enforcement, authorities said. The report was in accordance with a recent directive from the state attorney general, ordering local officers to check the immigration status of all suspects charged with serious crimes or drunken driving.

So, has New Jersey finally figured out that the more we coddle these criminals by allowing them to stay here, the worse it's going to get? Now they need to take the next step, start rounding these people up, and ship them back to wherever they come from BEFORE they rape, kill, etc.

Dear Ms. Arellano--stay in Mexico!!

You know, Elvira Arellano is really getting to be a pain in the neck. First, she holes up in a church in the "sanctuary city" of Chicago, then when she tries to skeedaddle to LA, she gets arrested and deported. Now she is demanding--yes, DEMANDING--that the Mexican government pressure the US into letting her slither back over our border, making her this week's "Illegal Immigrant Criminal of the Week" (via Hot Air):

Mexican Foreign Secretary Patricia Espinosa said she approached U.S. authorities on Arellano's behalf after the 32-year-old activist asked Mexican President Felipe Calderon to help her return to the United States legally as a "peace and justice" ambassador. [Yeah, sure. After trying to boss us around, and demanding this and that, now she wants to be some "peace" ambassador--Ed.]

Espinosa did not say whether Mexico planned to give Arellano the diplomatic post, but said officials were trying to determine if there was any way she could could go back to Chicago.

Arellano's U.S.-born 8-year-old son, Saul, is a U.S. citizen. He flew to Mexico on Friday to be reunited with his mother, and plans to stay [in Mexico] indefinitely, although he was expected to return briefly to the United States this month to participate in an immigrant-rights march.

Mexico has yet to receive an answer from U.S. officials, Espinosa said at a news conference Tuesday.

"The government in the receiving country has to authorize diplomatic posts. It has to grant the visa," Espinosa said.

Arellano said she would not back down from her request and was angered that Mexico was seeking a U.S. visa, adding that the Mexican government should not have to ask permission to send her north of the border.

"I'm not asking for any visa," she said. "I want a diplomatic post as ambassador of peace and justice, and I won't accept anything less."

Well, you're going to have to, lady! This is the United States of America! If you want to live here so bad, do it LEGALLY!!! If you don't like our laws, TOO BAD! But don't come into OUR country and demand that we change our laws for YOU! Who do you think you are? You and the rest of your Aztlan/LaRaza buddies ain't gonna take over this country without a fight. This is our country! If you don't come here legally, then GET OUT!!!!

Houstonian latest winner of IICOTW

That stands for "Illegal Immigrant Criminal Of The Week". I was going to give it to Elvira Arellano, for being such an outspoken tool for the illegal immigrant lobby. But, this caught my attention over at Michelle Malkin's site:

Felinda Williams couldn’t make herself go to court on a recent morning, couldn’t bring herself to look at the man accused of driving drunk and killing her daughter, her son-in-law and her 2-year-old grandson.

She knows few details of the Aug. 11 crash in Houston that killed the newlyweds and the little boy nicknamed “Peanut Butter.” She does know that her daughter didn’t die on impact. The young woman, according to reports, felt the flames and begged helpless bystanders to pull her free.

The grieving woman knows two things about Juan Felix Salinas, the man charged in connection with their deaths: She knows his name, and she knows he was in the U.S. illegally, out on bail after an earlier arrest.

“He’s been through the courts and the jail before, and nobody caught it,” Williams said. “If they’d caught it, he would have been in jail or deported, and then he wouldn’t have been out there on the streets, and my babies would still be alive.”

Many families share Ms. Williams' pain. Many families whose loved ones would still be alive today if not for a pourous border, hamstrung law enforcement agencies, "sanctuary cities", and a Congress that is in the back pocket of companies that want cheap labor.

Illegal immigrant criminal of the week from Maryland

We have a winner today. His name is Manuel De Jesus Gonzalez-Geronimo. He struck 5 construction workers along Rte. 29, killing 2 (via Hot Air):

A second construction worker has died from his injuries after a van slammed into five construction workers on Route 29.

Montgomery County Police say 37-year-old James Cronin of Glen Burnie died Tuesday. On Monday, Cronin was flown to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore, in critical condition with life-threatening injuries.

Police say the driver of the van, 31-year-old Manuel De Jesus Gonzalez-Geronimo, turned himself in at around 12:30 a.m. Tuesday.

Gonzalez-Geronimo, of Hyattsville, was charged with failure to immediately return and remain at the scene of a collision involving death, failure to immediately stop a vehicle at the scene of a collision involving bodily injury, and driving without a license.

He is being held without bond at the Montgomery County Detention Center. Police say Gonzalez-Geronimo could face additional charges.

Prosecutors say Gonzalez-Geronimo has also admitted to being in the country illegally for seven years. He is originally from Guatemala.

Well, isn't that special. What a good little boy for turning himself in. Congratulations, and may you spend many years behind bars.

I wonder what Geraldo would say. That this an issue for the DMV, or MDOT, or some other such nonsense. Here's the deal: He should not have been in this country in the first place. And until we secure our borders, more people are going to die because of these criminals.

This week's winner...

...of the "Illegal Immigrant Criminal of the Week" goes to 19-year-old Mejia Cinto, who has killed a man that other Americans were to lazy to kill. On the man's wedding anniversary. The New York Post:

August 9, 2007 -- An illegal Mexican immigrant and gang member wanted in the stabbing death of a Brooklyn dad killed on his way home from a milk run on his wedding anniversary was cornered yesterday in a Pennsylvania hideout, authorities said.

Mejia Cinto, 19, was nabbed at 3 a.m. in West Hazleton in the Poconos.

"His traveling companions, individuals that are known to him, concealed his identity, his whereabouts," said Pennsylvania State Trooper James Surmick.

The teen waived extradition and faces murder and weapon charges in the coldblooded slaying of Anthony Senisi, 44, last Saturday night in Brighton Beach. Senisi's dad and NYPD brother were told of the arrest at the victim's wake last night, and were "grateful," a source said.

According to a law-enforcement source, Senisi's murder was unprovoked.

"He [Cinto] came across the victim, who looked at him, and the suspect just stabbed him," the source said.

Another model citizen illegal immigrant

Zina Linnik has become the latest victim of a fleabag who was a criminal as soon as he set foot in this country illegally--a man who has become an early candidate for "Illegal Immigrant Criminal of the Week." (via Michelle Malkin):

Via the AP…”Adhahn, a legal permanent resident of the U.S., could not have been deported for the incest conviction because it was not an aggravated felony and it was his first offense, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement spokeswoman Virginia Kice said Friday. But a 1992 conviction for intimidation with a dangerous weapon could have made him deportable, and Adhahn was being held this week on an immigration complaint. He also was charged with failing to register as a sex offender.”

Could have. Should have. Didn’t.

Section 1227(a)(2)(C) of Title 8 provides:

Any alien who at any time after admission is convicted under any law of purchasing, selling, offering for sale, exchanging, using, owning, possessing, or carrying, or of attempting or conspiring to purchase, sell, offer for sale, exchange, use, own, possess, or carry, any weapon, part, or accessory which is a firearm or destructive device (as defined in section 921(a) of Title 18) in violation of any law is deportable.

But, hey, all he did was kill a little girl we Americans were too lazy to kill. We should allow him to have the same "path to citizenship" as those who are trying to enter this country LEGALLY in order to have a better life, and to contribute to society.

You are the "Illegal Immigrant Criminal of the Week"! Let the mayor and aldermen of Chicago stand up and take a bow for you, for they have not only managed to harbor a known criminal (who had already been arrested 26 TIMES!!!) in their "sanctuary city", but they allowed him to reach number 27 when he ordered a shooting that left an innocent 13-year-old dead!

The way to prevent such tragedies is simple. We must reallocate ICE resources so that all inmates in every jail and prison in the country are screened for their immigration status — so that all illegals are deported after serving their sentences. We must deputize local law enforcement officials to help identify illegals. We must end “sanctuary city” policies that prevent local law enforcement from making such inquiries.

Um, THIS is one of those things the federal government is SUPPOSED to be responsible for. But, like what happened in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, we see the kings and rulers of a Democrat stronghold not doing a doggone thing to stop a tragedy. Nah, why bother? These are hard-working criminals, after all! We need to give them credibility and respect! Sit down with them over tea and warm bran muffins, and get to know them better!

Predictably, officials all passed the buck on who should have seen to it that he was deported:

Not us! said the Chicago Police Department. “We don’t ever ask about immigration status,” said spokeswoman Monique Bond. “We leave that up to the courts.”

Not us! said the Cook County state’s attorney’s office. “We don’t check,” said spokesman John Gorman. “That’s for [ICE] to do. We’re not involved.”

Not us! said ICE. “Law enforcement agencies can contact our Law Enforcement Support Center for timely and accurate information” 24 hours a day, Rusnok said. If “the person who is being inquired about is subject to removal, [ICE] can place a detainer with the Police Department ordering the department to hold the person … to allow ICE officials to take the person into custody and begin removal proceedings.”

If you have termites, is the Orkin Man going to come out to your house if you don't call him? Likewise, the ICE can't get rid of pests illegal immigrants if you don't call them! But, it's too late for Schanna Gayden. She lost the game that liberal politicians are playing with ALL of our lives.

Illegal immigrant criminal of the week

This week, the honor goes to Juan Villa, who raped a 15-year-old girl that other American men were too lazy to rape. Story from Michelle Malkin:

Maury County deputies and federal agents are looking for a man who is accused of raping a 15-year-old girl only hours after being released from jail. Juan Villa, 24, has been in the Maury County Jail 11 times since 2001 on charges of assault, public intoxication, driving without a license and contempt of court.

He was released from jail on $1,000 bail on Friday at about 9:45 p.m. and is suspected of raping the 15-year-old shortly after midnight. During the investigation, a 13-year-old girl also told deputies she was raped by Villa, Sheriff Enoch George said.

Villa is suspected of being in the country illegally and George said the department had contacted Immigration and Customs Enforcement about him before he was released from jail but the federal agents said they would deal with him later.

Congratulations, Sr. Villa, for being able to wait a whole 2 hours and 15 minutes befre you scarred an innocent girl for life. But hey, you've also got to hand it to the ICE for making sure this fleabag had a nice, comfortable time living in this country ILLEGALLY, thus giving himn the chance to commit crime...after crime...after crime...

To all you folks out there who want to give these schlomos amnesty, what say we ask you what you would feel if one of them raped YOUR daughter. And if you think all these illegals are such good little citizens, just as Ignacio Ramos and Jose Compean. Or, any of the victims of these illegal immigrants' crimes. I tell ya, they're regular Boy Scouts!!

Illegal immigrants gone wild...again.

This time, Jammie Wearing Fool has the story:

A Tennessee State University student died Saturday when another driver broadsided her vehicle on Old Hickory Boulevard.

Metro police said 24-year-old Victor Benitez was drunk as he ran a red light at the intersection of Old Hickory Boulevard and Nolensville Road, killing 22-year-old Joycelyn Gardiner.

Investigators said Benitez was drunk and did not touch the brakes of his Ford Expedition before hitting Gardiner's car. She died a short time later at the hospital. "Because of this crash that apparently involves alcohol by the other driver, her life is lost," Aaron said.

Police said Benitez was driving without a license and that he didn't have paperwork verifying that he was in the United States legally.

"They learned that he is a suspected illegal immigrant, thus, a federal hold was placed on him so he cannot make bond," Aaron said.In February 2006, Benitez was convicted of car burglary. Nine months later, he spent seven days in jail for public intoxication and resisting arrest. The Mexican native now faces a vehicular homicide charge.

Just another ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT, driving drunk and killing college students we Americans are too lazy to kill.

UPDATE: Missed this one from March. Hot Air has it:

[Ignacio] Gomez-Gutierrez was driving with a blood-alcohol content that was three times the legal limit when he plowed into the rear of a car on U.S. 59 near the entrance to Kingwood, investigators said. The car’s occupants, Maria Ortiz and her daughter, Vanessa, who was five months pregnant, died instantly.

Gomez-Gutierrez, a 25-year-old illegal immigrant from Mexico, is now facing his fourth drunken driving charge. But this time it has been elevated to two counts of intoxicated manslaughter and failure to stop and render aid. Investigators say he fled from his disabled vehicle after the wreck.

The handling of Gomez-Gutierrez’s case has sparked criticism from victim advocates. They say they are upset not only for what they call lenient sentences but because immigration officials did not deport him after he finished serving time on three prior DWI convictions in 2002, 2004 and 2005.

To which Patterico pontificates:

Three prior DWIs and not one single deportation.

Who is at fault? The Harris County Sheriff’s Department blames the feds for not deporting illegals. But local police in Houston have a sanctuary policy that prevents officers from asking suspects about their citizenship status.

That's right, we can't enforce the law because we don't want to "break up families" (of illegals, that is. But we can allow them to break up families of law-abiding Americans by killing them in a DWI car wreck), or "offend" anybody. Deport them now!!

Illegal immigrants: raping girls we're too lazy to rape

Found this little tidbit over at Independent Conservative. Apparently, none of the boys in this girl's school were willing to have sex with her, so this Illegal decided to take up the slack:

FRANKLIN - A 21-year-old man faces possible deportation after being caught in the bedroom of a [14-year-old] girl.

Ceballos, who is suspected of being in the country illegally, has been charged with two counts of statutory rape. He was arrested Monday and is being held without bail at the Williamson County jail.

I don't get it. What is it about these guys that have no future, that are criminals as soon as they cross over into this country (and, many are actually criminals BEFORE they come here), that would be so attractive to a girl? Is it some "taboo" or "bad boy" thing? What these girls don't understand is thatthey are running the risk of throwing their life away by getting hooked up with these jokers. The guys probably say all the things these girls want to hear, then once they make their "anchor baby", they couldn't care less about them. Kinda like Arab men.

But, I guess I'm just forgetting that these are "hard working people", who "just want a better life", blah blah blah. And raping 14-year-old girls nobody else will.

How many more reaons do we need...

to build that stinkin' fence at the Mexico border? Here's one. Here's another. Yes, these are two separate incidents ON THE SAME DAY. These are two of many that occur. But, we should just give them all amnesty, because they're all such law-abiding citizens. Here's a statistic for ya: 100% of all the people who are in this country illegally are involved in an illegal activity.

What can you say about Keith "I could fit my entire audience into a laundromat" Olbermann that hasn't already been said? He's goofy, off-base, off-kilter, off his meds and just plain...off. But he really goes around the bend this time:



Granted, these guys weren't the brightest bulbs in the chandelier. But this is the beauty of public awareness. Suppose the guy at the "Photomat" had been some bleeding-heart, ACLU-loving anti-American leftie, and had taken the position, "Well, it's just art. I hope he does well in his endeavors." Then there would have been an attack, and of course it would have been Bush's fault.

But, since these guys were captured, there just a bunch of "morons" (Olby's words). You can watch more of the sheer madness that is Keith "Even my mom doesn't watch my stupid show" Olbermann over at The Olbermann Channel at YouTube, a spin-off of Olbermann Watch. (Oh, by the way, don't tell anybody that four of these guys were in this country...ILLEGALLY!!)

LaShawn Barber has a great post over at her blog. She talks about the people who claim that wanting to defend our borders is somehow "Un-Christian". I wonder what these people would answer this question: "If you saw someone raping your four-year-old daughter, would you stop them?" What does this have to do with immigration?

They've got the story over at Ankle Biting Pundits. It really is disgusting. You have all these namby-pamby do-gooder liberals that go around saying, "Oooh, now, they're all just good people, they're not doing anything wrong, blahblahblahblahblah." Now, a 4-year-old girl gets raped, and because of the glaring lack of safeguards concerning illegals who get arrested, this rapist almost gets to skate on back to Mexico, free and clear, then sneak back over the border again, do the same thing to your daughter.

Hmmm, I wonder how many people look at it that way?
