Homosexual agenda marches through New Mexico

The (Police) State of New Mexico, not content with letting illegal immigrants rampage over their open border, are now in the business of telling Christians businesses that they must cater to homosexuals, no matter whether or not it goes against their moral beliefs. I wonder what the New Mexico (Trampling On) Human Rights Commission would say if the photographer was gay and they were trying to refuse to photograph a Christian couple, and the Christian couple sued? Well, of course, being the rabid left-wingers they are, it would of course be the Christians' fault for not being "tolerant." Although the lesbians the Christian photographer don't seem to be too "tolerant" Of the Christian's beliefs.

From Stop the ACLU:
Consider a few analogies:

Imagine a black photographer being forced by the “human rights” commission to photograph a KKK rally.

Imagine pro-abortion sign-maker being forced to print pro-life signs.

Imagine Stop the ACLU being forced to run Code Pink ads.

…and on and on…

This is an outrageous affront to the First Amendment, which protects not just the right to privately hold certain beliefs, but to live them out publicly. This sort of coercion and punishment is fit, not for the United States, but for the worst totalitarian regimes.

Thankfully, the photographer is being defended by ADF, who will surely take this ridiculous ruling from an extra-judicial tribunal to court.

But, what else would you expect from a state that elected Slob Richardson to be governor. The same Slob Richardson that has come out in support of B. Hussein Osama Obama?

Church cancels "gay" celebration

Contrary to what has been blathered about on left-wing kook sites like Daily Kos, High Point Church did not cancel Cecil Sinclair's memorial service because he was gay. They cancelled because the family wanted the service to be a celebration of his gay lifestyle. And unlike many politically correct, liberal, Bible-ignoring churches (*cough* Episcopal *cough*) this church stood firm on biblical principles, and that rankled the family, so of course they had to slander the church as being "insensitive" (via Sister Toldjah):
Here are the facts. High Point Church, a non-denominational church in Arlington, Texas, had been praying for Cecil Sinclair after Cecil’s brother Lee (the only member of the Sinclair family who was a member of the church) requested prayer for his brother who had been awaiting a heart transplant.

When Cecil Sinclair’s health became critical last week, the family called a staff member from the church to be with them at the hospital. In the hospital, in the moments immediately following Mr. Sinclair’s death, the family asked the staff member if the church would be open to holding a memorial service for their loved one.
The staff member assured them the church would be available to help the family in any way appropriate, a response any pastor would give in that situation.

Cecil was not a member of High Point Church, yet this church selflessly and sacrificially ministered to his family in the wake of his death, preparing and delivering food for the family and one hundred relatives and friends, along with many other expressions of kindness.
The church offered to produce a video retrospective of Mr. Sinclair’s life for use during the memorial service. When the family provided the pictures to the church it was then that the church learned of their intention to make the memorial service a celebration of Cecil Sinclair’s gay lifestyle. According to a statement on the High Point Church Web site, one of the photos provided by the family showed a man touching another man inappropriately, along with other unsuitable photos.

The family also requested that
“an associate of an openly homosexual choir” officiate at the service and that the homosexual choir sing during the service. “It became clear to the church staff that the family was requesting an openly homosexual service at High Point Church—which is not our policy to allow,” the statement on the church’s Web site said. After initially agreeing to host the memorial service, the church informed the family it could no longer do so based on the direction the family wanted to take it. The church then secured—and paid for—another location for the memorial service, which the family declined. The church also produced the memorial video without the inappropriate photos.

Contrary to the mainstream media reports,
High Point Church did not refuse to host the funeral of a gay man. The church refused on biblical principle to allow a celebration of the homosexual lifestyle in its sanctuary, a decision most theologically sound churches would make under similar circumstances.
But, don't wait for an apology from The Associated Press, or Daily Kooks Kos. After all, that wouldn't fit in with their firmly entrenched beliefs that we Christians are a bunch of insensitive, hateful Neanderthals. John Hawkins add more at Right Wing News.

Nope, no homosexual agenda here!

Nope, absolutely not! The NEA is not trying to indoctrinate your children into accepting the homosexual lifestyle! Ah, who am I trying to kid? You know as well as I do that's what they're trying to do. Although, in the past they tried to deny it. And, seeing as how those of us with a brain have stood up in oppostition to them, to expose them for who they are, they have decided to just come out (no pun intended) and show you exactly what they want. Not only does the NEA want to get indocrtinating programs into your children's schools, they have a division of their organization devoted to that specific purpose! Don't believe me, check it out yourself. Or, check out this little item from last year.

Or, you can check out the list of groups that received money from the NEA last year. Groups like the Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation, Gay Lesbian and Straight Education Network, National Council of La Raza, People for the American Way, Rainbow/PUSH Coalition, and Wellesley College Center for Research on Women. You can check out the whole list here. It reads like a grand assembly of some of the most liberal organizations on the planet.

Of course, no indocrtination intended.

The "ventriloquist Jesus"

That's what a bunch of gay "churches" want you to believe in. I've added a new link--a website called "Gay Christian Movement Watch", which is a repository of information refuting the ridiculous claims being made trying to show that homosexuality isn't a sin. Um...yes it is!!
A gay church in Indianopolis (Jesus MCC) recently spent $20,000 on a billboard project which declared Jesus would not “discriminate”. But before they could they could declare that Jesus would not discrimate, they first had to purchase a $55,000 ventriloquist model of Jesus.

In the propaganda campaign the church asserted falsely that Ruth and Naomi were lesbian lovers.
By now, if you know your Bible, you know what it says in 1st Corinthians 6:9. You know what it says in Romans 1:26-28. But, these are some other passages of Scripture that the homosexual movement is trying to get taken out of the Bible.

Now, concerning this nonsense about Ruth and Naomi, the verse they try to use is Ruth 1:14--"Then they lifted up their voices and wept again; and Orpah kissed her mother-in-law, but Ruth clung to her." This is the best they've got? Uh, folks, it was customary to greet people--and say "farewell" to people--with a kiss. In fact, Paul tells believers to "greet one another with a holy kiss." It doesn't mean it's a gesture of lust. It's simply a greeting. But, to homosexuals, everything they see has some kind of "gay" theme to it.

MoDo: Rhymes with...

the name of a bird that has been extinct for a while. Maybe...this?

Caught this over at Pillage Idiot. From the depths of the wit and wisdom that is DoDo MoDo:
Hypocrisy is the homage vice pays to virtue, as the gloriously gay Oscar Wilde said. And gays are the sacrifice that hypocritical Republican candidates offer to placate “values” voters — even though some candidates are not so finicky about morals regarding their own affairs and divorces.
Boy, that's just clever. Uhh, wait a minute. What's that? Oscar Wilde didn't say that? You mean somebody fact-checked her MoDoNess? Yes they did, and this is what they found:
As [Steven] Berkowitz [A letter-writer to the NY Slimes] notes, however, that wasn't Oscar Wilde's line at all. "Hypocrisy is the homage vice pays to virtue" (which, by the way, is a brilliant observation) belongs to La Rochefoucauld, as even an elementary Google search would have disclosed, to say nothing of actually cracking open a dictionary of quotations.

But that would have distracted from Dowd's narrative, which is that a line from a gay author showed that Romney is a hypocrite on gays in the military, as are all the other Republican presidential candidates. (She, on the other hand, thinks the war in Iraq is a crime, but it's a scandal that gays aren't allowed to die in it.)
But, it's us, the right-wing bloggers, who don't have any accountability, and just throw stuff out there, and can't be trusted. Er, something.

Nope, no gay agenda here!

In what, to me, has got to be one of the most pathetic examples of teachers pushing their gay agenda on kids, comes this story out of Chicago (via Chicago Tribune):
CHICAGO — A girl and her grandparents have sued the Chicago Board of Education, alleging that a substitute teacher showed the R-rated film "Brokeback Mountain" in class.

The lawsuit claims that Jessica Turner, 12, suffered psychological distress after viewing the movie in her 8th grade class at Ashburn Community Elementary School last year.
No warning, no permission slips for parents to sign. She just plugged the tape in and forced her views on a class of 8th-graders. Can you say "INDOCTRINATION"? And just to show you what a wonderful teacher this crackpot is, check this out:
The substitute asked a student to shut the classroom door at the West Side school, saying: "What happens in Ms. Buford's class stays in Ms. Buford's class," according to the lawsuit.
This buffoon ought to be fired, and have an alert go out to school districts all across the country, warning them about what a schlub she is. Normally, I really don't have much use for lawsuits. But I hope these parents, and others, hire a really good lawyer, sue this school district for all it has, and run show the world just what kind of "learning" environments their children are being exposed to.
