Gun controller PWN3D by Tucker Carlson

Over at Hot Air, you have got to check out the video of Tucker Carlson showing the world just how little that Carolyn MacCarthy knows about gun laws. She's a congresswoman from New York who introduced legislation to outlaw "barrel shrouds."

Carlson: Do you know what a "barrel shroud" is?
McCarthy: No, I don't.

If you're going to vote on a bill, LEARN ABOUT WHAT YOU'RE VOTING ON!! By the way, here's what a "barrel shroud" is:

“(36) Barrel shroud.—The term ‘barrel shroud’ means a shroud that is attached to, or partially or completely encircles, the barrel of a firearm so that the shroud protects the user of the firearm from heat generated by the barrel, but does not include a slide that encloses the barrel, and does not include an extension of the stock along the bottom of the barrel which does not encircle or substantially encircle the barrel."
