Henry Waxman: rhymes with "goofy"

Is it just me? If I ask someone a question, and they begin to answer it, does it make sense for me to keep interrupting them and tell them not to answer? Or is Henry Waxman just that goofy? I mean, first the guy wants answers, then when Ms. Toensing tries to answer his questions...Ahh, I give up. Just go over to Hot Air, watch the vid, and see for yourself.
