Judge: Illegals get due process...huh?

Hat Tip: Hot Air.

OK, let me get this straight. Since when do people who are NOT CITIZENS of this country get the same Constitutional protections as actual CITIZENS of this country? I'm not saying that they shouldn't be protected from physical (and other) harm. But, as one poster over at Hot Air pointed out,
Article. IV.

Section. 2.

The Citizens of each State shall be entitled to all Privileges and Immunities of Citizens in the several States.
Constitution itself states that there are STATE Citizens… interesting…

Now you cannot stop them form priveleges or immunities… but it sure seems to me you could control who is a citizen of YOUR state… and force them to give you proof of citizenship… either of your state, or the state they are a citizen of…. and if they are NOT a citizen, then you DON’T have to give them citizenship rights…

Of course, guess who appointed the judge that ruled on this case. I'll give you a hint: His last name rhymes with "Clinton." Go figure. Oh, and don't think his wife won't be just as much of a whacky liberal.
