Unless you don't HAVE a teleprompter. Then, trying to actually formulate an answer to a question you have no clue about can get a bit dicey. But, that's what you get when you elect a local alderman to the highest office in the land.
Listen as this great orator (not my words) stumbles and fumbles around for an answer, showing the world just what kind of inexperienced, inept, incompetent charlatan this country wanted to rule over us. But, like I always say--I didn't vote for him!
